Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and personal data associated with the Feast Mobile application and website. We respect your right to control your personal information and are committed to handling all deletion requests in a transparent and timely manner.

Option 1: Delete Your Account From Within the App

The fastest way to remove your account and personal data is directly from the app:

  1. Open the Feast App on your device.
  2. Sign in to your account if you are not already logged in.
  3. Tap the Profile / Account Section from the menu.
  4. Tap Delete Account (or Remove Account).
  5. Confirm the action. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our system.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, you can email us a deletion request from the email address that is registered with your account. Please send your request to:

Please use the subject line: "Account and Data Deletion Request" And include the following details in your email so we can verify your identity:

  • Full name registered on the account
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • A short statement confirming you want to delete your account and data

We will respond to your request and complete the deletion within 7 business days Of receiving and verifying your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently removed from our active systems:

  • Profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
  • Delivery addresses you saved
  • Account login credentials
  • Cart, wish list and saved preferences
  • Device tokens used for push notifications
  • In-app messages and support conversations linked to your account

What Data May Be Retained

To comply with legal, financial, accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, certain records must be retained for a limited period even after account deletion:

Anonymised analytics and aggregated usage data Service improvement and reporting (cannot be linked back to you) Indefinite (non-identifiable)
Records required for ongoing legal proceedings or fraud investigations Legal compliance and dispute resolution Until the matter is resolved

After the retention period, these records are also permanently deleted or fully anonymised.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your order history, loyalty rewards, wallet balance (if any) and saved preferences. If you only wish to stop receiving notifications, you can disable them inside the app instead of deleting your account.
